“Cheap” is relative, I guess, and compared to some others you could call them cheap… Also wondering how fast internet connection you need to stream VR content. Mine is fast enough for 4K (and I don’t usually stream regular videos, just download them) – I suppose VR content require even more “bandwidth”…?
So VR has just introduced this thing called pass through were it will show your room with elements of the game/video. Sexlikereal.com is already experimenting with it. Its like the game or movie is taking place in your house. Its still new and sketchy but give it a couple years and itll be a whole new experience. The headsets are getting smaller as well to the point they’ll soon just be a pair of glasses. Im positive that soon youll be able to wear the headset and it will superimpose your favorite pornstar onto your girlfriend or something. Regular VR is already great though so if youre interested i highly recommend it.
Also, go with The Quest or something like that. Dont bother with the phone VR. Its not really worth it in my opinion.
I cannot get the videos to play with my Valve Index and SteamVR. My headset supports WebXR (I can launch the demos from here: WebXR – Samples (immersive-web.github.io)_) but I don’t get a prompt to launch the Adulttime videos in VR.

A fully updated Google Chrome browser should work with all Steam VR compatible headsets. If the site permission for VR is dismissed, you’ll need to reset the browser’s cookies/site settings or try using an incognito window.
To help troubleshoot this issue, I have a couple of questions:
I use the Meta Browser with my Meta Quest 2 system and I’ve never had an issue with anything. Once signed into Adulttime I have all access to all VR and Non VR content!
Have the VR videos gone or something? The VR channels all seem empty which is odd.
EDIT: Never mind! I had toggled off VR in the preferences!

Just getting the full screen on the videos. Not going into VR mode (other sites have the VR logo to click on to get it in VR mode). This is on my phone with Chrome. Everything is up to date. Any suggestions?
You need to add the WebXR extension to your Chrome browser.
Site does not seem to load Open XR in chrome. Steam gives the following Error: Unable to open registry key for read: SOFTWARE\Khronos\OpenXR\1\ApiLayers\Explicit
Have you been able to use Web XR/Open XR on other VR sites with Chrome? This registry access error seem like a PC issue as we can’t replicate it.

Can I watch this content on a new PS5 with the required $500ish vr kit(the reason I would buy it honestly) . The VR is proprietary. This is not surprising or even annoying* to me somehow. Thank you PlayStation?

As PlayStation VR 1 does not currently support video streaming, it’s only possible via video download with the paid Rad app. Please follow the sideloading instructions for video content on their site. PlayStation VR 2 will be receiving Rad support soon. Check out our VR user guide here for more info on the different devices and browsers that support VR.
I had to switch my vr browser from desktop view to mobile view. then the VR video works in the WebXR view. Great experience (tried out with the Pico4 in the Pico Browser).
