Why Was My Comment Deleted?
Adult Time community, we’d love to fill you in on our comment moderation policies. We want to be fully transparent in terms of what really goes on behind the scenes.
We have a few words – racial slurs, insults, heinous remarks, etc. – that are immediately flagged, i.e., if you use them, your comment will be deleted right away.
We aim to keep the comments section a safe place where members or performers aren’t attacked based on their gender expression, race or physical appearance.
Our comment moderation process is quite simple and similar to those of other brands. First, a warning is issued to the member by email. If the member continues to post inappropriate words or comments, they will be permanently blocked from commenting. We’ll also send the member an email letting them know they have been blocked from commenting.
Some comments might be deleted if the comment implies that there was no consent from the performer. For example, if you say the performers are “unwilling” to do family roleplay, that comment will be deleted for banking compliance purposes. If you say the performer was “forced” to do something, that comment will also be deleted. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend not posting comments that imply that a performer has not given consent.
We hope this blog post helped clarify our comment guidelines and moderation process.
As a member, you are encouraged to express your thoughts on the scene, the crew and the actors, we just ask that you respect the guidelines. We want to keep the members area a positive space for all members to engage with each other, where everyone can express themselves without being harassed. Respect is the key to a fun and enriching experience.

How can I contact you to request the removal of an offensive user comment on a Profile Page?
Click on the flag icon beside the comment and our moderators will review it.
My all time FAVORITE series you have created is the “Oral Experiment” series. Why did you only make 3 episodes? I would love to see more sexy girls exchanging oral sex on each other!!
I’d like to submit a story or an idea. There have been a lot of changes here when I left a year ago. Do you still allow storylines or ideas? On what venue would I go to or contact?
That sounds good and moral but is it about right or left when the it’s worked out? I’m not being smart I really don’t know where hardly anyone stands anymore bc it seems easier to pick sides and then do to one side what it doesn’t want done to them . I’m sure this will be took offensive but trust me offenses haven’t begun to surface yet for what it would really take to be abhorrent
No. It is all based on respect and not insulting people.
The rule, as you indicate, should be civility. I’ve seen truly savage comments made about performers and crew. And incivility breeds incivility. When the forum was active, we could flag comments for moderator review. Members no longer have the ability to assist this way. If there is a way for Members to alert moderators about truly egregious comments, you need to publicize it.
Yes, you’re right. We are working on an easy way for members to alert us.
I’m fairly conservative and “right-wing” and some other employees are more progressive and “left-wing”. The comment moderation has nothing to do with political affiliation or secret agenda, it’s just about not being a dick.
There has been some confirmation that a member story contest will be held at some point ; while I would love details on that I would really just like a permanent place to send pitches again. If the forum is toast for good a running blog post could serve the same purpose ( albeit with different feedback metrics ).
I’ve said it plenty in surveys and everywhere I could – but the decision to take away member stories never made any sense. It’s free from your end and meant the world to fans like myself. The quota system has to go – I get that and how it limits your own paid staff but I say this as a longtime subscriber. The single best thing you could do to let me know you value me as a paying customer ( and more importantly as a fan ) is to re-instate member submissions.
I’m a brand new member, but I just started searching this blog for this exact subject.
I feel a little guilty because these things only happen to me. Unfortunately, this time, all the other members are paying as well. You see, the cosmos (or whomever is in charge) realized I was joining AdultTime and knew I would be overjoyed at the opportunity to throw out some story ideas….. so obviously THAT had to go.
So, I’m sorry everyone. It’s my fault. The universe conspires towards my misery.
LOL 😆.
Come on Bree, you’ve got more clout than anybody down there. Get us an avenue for member story suggestions.
Somebody! ANYBODY!!!!!
Thanks.
I’m Zeke 🙃
I agree with you. I have some storylines I’d like to pitch to GW, but audience participation seems to have been culled here. What a shame!!!
Will there be survey result?
Yep! Sorry for the delay. We had a lot of members taking the survey and it means a lot of information. It’s coming!
Today! 🙂
Yes read thanks I like the result! I think we are missing pure taboo survey result not sure about heading
We’ll publish the Pure Taboo results in July. 🙂
Cool
Here is a generic question. What are the criteria for “Most Viewed” and “Most Engaging” ?? I don’t trust the Viewed results, because there are too many from 2021. The Engaging I recall is around total minutes watched and they bring back many more older results.
Is it just because there are so many subscribers now that the views are high, even for bad videos? Could we get a filter for calendar year perhaps?
We gather the stats from various in-house tools. When we do a top 10 we take the viewing length into account to balance the “view” results. We will do a FAQ post about that topic! 🙂
Does it make a difference in the total if we watch via Roku or via the web channel? I notice that what I watch via Roku is never listed in my recently watched section (same when I download to take capture fot my reviews).
Oh. Let me ask my colleagues about that. 🙂
Speaking of Comments, where are we supposed to post generic comments, i.e. not specific to a video?
Hi,
We are working on a way to do so.
Looking forward to this. I have lots of suggestions, just no way to convey them.
Is pissmop an appropriate notion considering an actress?
Hey guys i think the comment rules are long over due as some comments are definitely inappropriate personally attacking performers appearance etc. Great initiative.
Thanks! We agree with you. It is important to be respectful with each others and the talents.
